"We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. There was live entertainment in the evenings and a continental breakfast. The experience was so enjoyable we booked a room for the fall to come back and see the area again."

"This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. "Our heater may have worked, but it stank like burning coils, so we couldn't use it. The fridge was on full blast but didn't keep things cold, and that is one reason we got a room with a fridge; for our babies formula. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire stay, never did figure out where that was coming from. The bathroom was dirty...someone cut their hair and it was all over the shelf next to the sink. Certainly not worth over 200 dollars for the night. Disappointed."
