"The pictures made this place look like a paradise. When we arrived a decided to upgrade the stay to include all inclusive. Big mistake the drinks were weak and the food lacked flavor and was over cooked, dry , hard and so on. The room smelled of mildew Iit was coming from the air conditioner and the light over the sinks had several dead bugs visibly in them. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels and this one was a waste of my hard earned money."

"This resort is so well run, and it is reflected in every department. The staff at each step from the front door, to the gym, to the pool areas, the dining facilities, and housekeeping are all attentive, friendly, and service oriented. "En promedio esta bien. La alberca esta al tiempo, buen detalle.
Nunca nos pudieron pasar bien la contraseña de internet. El cuarto tenia la puerta inchada, super dificil de abrir y cerrar. Su vista al mar es una mini ventana, nada accesible.
Y la ducha indunda el cuarto.
Pero bueno, se esta a gusto sin tomar en cuenta esos detalles"

"Muy cómodo, pero en algo está fallando y es en el espacio para la (s) mascota es que NO tienen un techo para evitar el sol, la lluvia o el sereno de la noche, y pues se trata de que estén en ese patio lo más cómodo posible para que nosotros salgamos con confianza y dejarlo ahí o que duerman tranquilos.
Ojalá mejoren eso y aunque el precio sea económico ($280) pues creo merecen ese techo tan necesario.
