"I really wanted to give the Quality Inn a chance even after reading the poor reviews, but I really was disappointed by my stay there. This facility really needs updating, which would include a deep cleaning of the inside and outside. I received no room service during my stay so had to go to the lobby to request replacement toilet paper and towels. Not the worst hotel so if you go make your own opinion. Not for me though. "

"Our room was very dull smelling, AC unit did not work well, it never cooled down our room and made it feel very moist inside as well as turned off by itself randomly. Plenty of parking."

"Before i entered the building the entire place smell like piss but i still made my way inside because i had a previous booking that would have been charged to my account anyway. When i entered, i advised the receptionist that I had a booking, mind you this was almost mid-night, he advised me that there were no more rooms. I am female and i was alone. I had to run down my uber and find another hotel to stay at in the wee hours of the night. The area was dark and scary with hang arounds outside. I do not recommend."

"Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. We plan to make it our favorite place to stay, for our next visit to Philly. The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Considering all the hotels where we’ve stayed Sonesta has become our favorite. It was our best experience. We highly recommend Sonesta."

"Great hotel, very helpful staff, 24 hour shuttle. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance that are 4+ star local spots. Highly recommended."

"This is a good place, but a bit weird. It has a full size refrigerator and microwave but no utensils. The hotel provides no maid service. However, there is an on premises laundromat. The hotel seems to have a lot of longer-term residents, but they were polite and the facility enforces quiet hours. It does not provide a free breakfast but has not strong drip coffee available with flavored creamer in the morning only."
