"The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. The room is clean and pretty comfortable. There were 2 issues I had. There was a gap around the door to the hallway so you could see light from the hallway all the way around. Also, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms...doors, tv , talking. "

"Staff was rude and inconsiderate. They wouldn’t get off the phone to provide customer service. The bathroom was dirty when we checked into the room and was not cleaned the entire stay we were there. We checked out a day early and staff wouldn’t get off a personal call to check us out of the hotel and only gave me a thumbs up. "
