"Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again."

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

"We had a wonderful stay at La Reserve. The service is immaculate. From the time I have confirmed my reservation, the rest of the arrangements are taken care of including hotel transfer, early breakfast and so on. The hotel even provides buggy service that takes us to nearby places. The staff extremely attentive, remembering our preferences from day 1. "Super close to the beach but also able to enjoy your own pool away if you don’t want the chaos. Staff were accomodating and food was really good."

"Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This was a great place to stay. The staff was really nice and they tried to help when they can. My suggestion would be to update the property by doing some renovations and make it more bug and animal proof.Maybe not have a deep pool in the villa. All in all it is a great hotel "
