"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel had only one working elevator during our stay so there were long waits. One evening there were no operating elevators for over an hour. My husband had a recent knee replacement and had to climb 5 floors to our room. Totally unacceptable!"

Excellent location and views. if there was only one small complaint, the elevators were really slow, beyond that, it's an A+ hotel."
