"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."

"PROS: The staff was very kind and polite and seemed genuinely exited to have us there. We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was on the smaller side and had the expected amenities. The shower (no tub) delivered plenty of hot water. The shower had 4 different delivery settings. The AC worked great. The bed was the perfect combination of furnace and softness. Smart TV. Appears to be an older hotel which has updated rooms. They look lovely. Breakfast was simple but...

"carpets, stairways and toilets were filthy. fitness center locked and door key didn't operate it. Staff was fine and they accepted dogs but I would not recommend."

"The hotel rooms need to be updated. There were carpet stains on the floor and water stains on the ceiling. All the furniture in the room was old, scratched, and chipped. The hair dryer didn’t work and there was hair in the tub when we arrived. The price was reasonable so with the conditions of the rooms, I didn’t complain. I guess it’s true the saying,”you get what you pay for.”"

"Staff was great. Waterpark was awesome, well maintained, and well staffed. Breakfast was great. Well stocked, nice selection, replenished quickly. Eating are is small. We had to take ours back to our room. Overall, very good stay for the money."

The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...

"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "
