"Highly disappointed. I had missed my earlier train n arrived at the place around 7.15pm. The app didnt work. I didnt recieved any code to access the door. It was getting dark. "The hotel itself was fine; there is a metro stop nearby that makes access to downtown easy. For the day of our departure I booked an airport shuttle at the front desk and told them I needed pickup at 6:30 am. They told me it would be there at 6:30 am. The shuttle never came; the front desk staff kept telling me to wait longer. I got a cab at 7 am. The front desk returned my money grudgingly. Not to be trusted!"
