Initially, the AC wouldn’t turn off until staff corrected the problem. Then with my unit silenced, I noticed I could hear the other AC units. To my left, my right, and above me. The units rumble. if you need real quiet to sleep like me that is a problem.

It was probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! No exaggeration!!! and the customer service and the sweet wonderful people there they were great!! Special shout out to the clerk at the desk who helped me out in need...And special shout out to the bartender who made us one ...
