"Our experience at Splash Universe was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness alone was unacceptable—dirty bathroom areas, stained bedding, a microwave covered in food residue, and debris throughout the room. The pool area also had visible maintenance issues, including damaged grates, which raised safety concerns.i cleaned my room myself after being moved around several times. I have full video footage of each room I was offered This was not just one issue—it was a pattern throughout the entire stay. Based on the condition of the room and facility, it does not appear proper cleaning or upkeep is being maintained. For a family resort, especially one geared toward children, this level of cleanliness and safety is concerning. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made Hotels.com scammed me into this experience and I'm now seeking legal council. It's sad that I had to stay so I wouldn't lose my hard earned money. "
