"Housekeeping did the best they could do with the room. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had several sunk in spots. As the upstairs walkway was EXTREMELY cracked, it makes sense that cracks run under the flooring in the rooms. The faucet in the sink is not solidly mounted. A wild trail of a gooey substance was at the top of the stairs and on every step down. Maybe leaking trash? The young man who checked us in was great. The location was convenient. "The hotel room last night in Lubbock awful. It smelled like smoke and dog. There was a roach on the wall and elsewhere. No lamp shade, just a bare bulb. One towel, no wash cloths. No TV. The toilet wasn’t clean-feces spots inside the seat. They have the pool covered. There was a big fresh pile of dog crap right in front of our door!"

"The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything.
