"Overall had a good stay. I can say breakfast was excellent and staff was superb. Room itself was nice, but admittedly a/c was so-so and possibly could be better. Location is good for walking around the old town, problem is it’s located on a block that cars can’t get through so it may be hard for a driver to find you. My signal was also on and off in bratislava so thats not connected to the hotel but just to keep in mind if you’re calling a car service! Still think it was a good stay!"

"Our stay was fantastic! We loved our room at Hotel Altes Kloster. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The converted 750 year old monastery was beautiful, cozy, quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and sights. It is an interesting town filled with historic sights and Incredible food. Gasthaus Haydnstuberl Inh.Stefan Weber was a wonderful restaurant. The Käsepätzle and Weiner Schnitzel vom Schwerin was amazing! We had the most delicious apple pie I have ever had at Mein...

"Chose here as has 24 hour check in allowing us to walk to hotel when flight landed late. Easy 10 / 15 minutes. walk from airport. Checked out early no problem so didn't use / see any of the facilities."
