"The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would...

"This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. "Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. Also the breakfast was very generous…lots of healthy options and I appreciate the pancake maker that made such fluffy pancakes!
