"The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe. The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable. Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly. All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time...

"An okay place to stay for a night. The room was comfortable but definitely looked like it had received minimal upkeep over the years. The shower water smelled a bit sulfuric and wouldn’t stay warm/hot. It was fine just for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer since the amenities were a bit lacking, which is not too surprising given it is a small motel in the mountains. One plus is the property manager was very kind and welcoming. "

"The room I had must have been renovated recently, but none the less, very clean The bathroom nerd renovation but again, was clean. The front desk gentleman at check-in was awesome, very friendly and upbeat. This is your basic Roadside Motel, there are eateries and fuel literally right down the road, and very convenient to I-90, right off Route 22. I intend on using this Motel again when up there! "

"I had an absolutely amazing time here, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Where do I begin! Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. Golf carts are offered and easily available for a lift to anywhere within the property that you’d like. The shower pressure was perfect and hot as well. "I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options. The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "A beautiful property in a stunning location. We opted for the cheapest room so I wasn't expecting much, but it was delightful, clean and very comfy. The property itself is home to a really fun bar, which often hosts local bands. It was a real treat to arrive to hear a live band! The breakfast room overlooks the hills - it's the most beautiful setting for dining I've ever come across. And the breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and available if required, but leave you alone to enjoy peace...

"An overall wonderful place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable however there were old stains across the carpet but otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff in the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and provided a wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Our only major complaint is the walls are thin. You can here next room conversations, babies crying, etc. The overall hotel and view of the river is fery nice as is the quaint town it rests in."
