Search Villas in Pho Yen

"The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. "1. check -in service: hard to find where is the reception desk......find out we spent 30mins 2. when ck-in they asking 280000 vnd/ each person and swimming pool entrance 100,000 vnd/ each person and really i do not understand you gonna charge for cart ( ex; front resort gate to my room at least 15 -20mins waking????) 3. nobody respond for asking service even hotel operator they do not care hang up the phone easily 4. only good restaurant facility and service 5. even free night no more...
