Incredibly helpful family members, room was impeccably clean (although towels and sheets although perfectly laundered, both had few wear-n-tear stains). "Family business run by lovely hosts. There is a couple that runs the hotel and they are very attentive and polite. They offered me Christmas dinner on Christmas eve and the young son of the owener, which the hotel is named after, gave Christmas cards to all the guests which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast is very decent. If you like to be a bit more tacked away from the city but still not too far, I would definately reccomend this place. The mum is such a character, doesn't speak a word...

However, you do have to walk a little bit and go through another hotel's entrance to get to the beach. "A very secluded place...walking through narrow streets at night was scary. Low fee, but the taxi driver that lives there overcharged me for his service. A beautiful island, friendly people, but sad to see so much trash all over the beaches."
