"Room had mold stains and host seemed like he didnt want me there."

"When I first checked in they put me in a room that was very substandard. I am mediately asked for something else and they did accommodate me.. So I moved to an another one of their properties and this room was much better with a beautiful large window overlooking the city on the ninth floor. The beds in both places were hard and much too firm for good sleeping. They also didn't tell me about the renovations going on right above the second apartment. All day long it was incredibly loud machinery...

"DON'T BOOK HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! If anyone is reading this cancel immediately. I asked for an early check in (2 days before). They completely ignored me, on the day of check in I get the WhatsApp number and contact them again, only for them to try and change the location on me. By then it was too late to cancel, they tried to put us 3km away from the initial location, stating no foreigners are allowed to stay here. I then contact support who try to call them (strange that they answer...

"I stayed here while working remotely and it was just what I needed. Super quiet, great natural light, and the wifi never dropped. The desk setup was great, and I loved cooking simple meals in the kitchen. "

"The worst "hotel room" I have ever stayed in. The listed address is wrong, located in a pitch-dark ally that is nearly impossible to find at night. I called the number for help but person was impatient and rude. When I finally arrived, I had to ring the bell 10 times before some finally stumbled out and opened the door. The room was a disaster, filthy dirty and crawling with insects. There was dangerous open wiring in the shower. No utensils in the kitchen, and when I asked for some they said...

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

"Clean apartment. Plenty of room for my Uncle and myself. Close to many restaurants and shops. Maybe a bit of a ride to old town but if you want a two bedroom, two bath apartment, very hard to find in old town for a reasonable price. Very good value for money spent."
