The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws. "Great location for train, bus, taxi, ferry, etc. You can hardly hear the train during night time and very occasional short horn during daytime. Street noise not any worse then other similar hotels and was quiet during nights. Excellent staff."
