"I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. "Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay."

"Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...
