"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay...
"We only stayed 1 night on June 2022, Staff was very helpful, cabin was cute. Green areas were nice.
It is not the best location if you do not have a car, but staff can help you get a taxi in order to move around. Very affordable"
"The bathrooms leak,broken vanity etc,
Thisis the most horrible hotel and expedia should not list its misleading.
There is rust, showrr curtains stink etc except the view of lake from window there is nothing "
"Hotel com estrutura muito boa, café da excelente e comidas boas.
Porém, o atendente e funcionários má educados e os quartos estavam desarrumados no momento do check in.
