However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

"Great hotel in lovely quiet area of malta. We had a deluxe room which was fantastic with a large balcony and sea view. This was on the other side of the road from the main hotel building. You can exit onto the road from this side so no need to keep going under the tunnel. Indoor pool was great and very warm. Unfortunatley the roof bar/pool was closed for the season as was the outdoor pool but they looked nice. Bar was nice and drinks reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stop...

"Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good."

"The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. "

"The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. The room was spacious and the spa / pool facilities were excellent. There are only few niggles that could do with improvement: the lighting within the room, the availability of room air conditioning year round and a more extensive breakfast (greater fruit availability). "Quick and pleasant check in. We'd booked an apartment, very happy with it, again pleasant cleaning staff. As people have mentioned, noise seems to travel, as everywhere has tiled floors. I had a massage which was very enjoyable. We had a meal in Tosca on our last night, again enjoyable meal, nice staff."

"Situated in a great location between Buggiba and St Julien's this hotel has something for everyone. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great value for money, the views from the hotel across the bay are fantastic and also the courtyard rooms are really quiet and get the sun in the morning. Bus stopped located just outside the hotel on the main road or take a bolt taxi which is great value for money and takes away the stress. "
