"Love the vintage style of this old but updated hotel. The front desk staff were great, super friendly and helpful and even allowed us early check in to our suite. The room was nice, but there were a few minor things needing attention. The room had no beeding for the futon. Alot of the recessed lights around the sink area didnt work, there was only one tv control even though there were 2 tv's and the slider door for the batroom was off center allowing gaping holes on the lower sides between the door and wall not allowing much privacy. Other than that, great little hotel close to all the DT action. "

"Shout out to Elijah for a warm welcome and friendly check in/out. Loved the other staffs too, they answered all my questions and fulfilled all of my requests. Room was nice and clean. Overall it was a great stay at a great location"

"The hotel was mostly fine. It provided us with basic amenities that we needed for a two-night stay. However, one morning I folded some CLEAN clothes and put them in one of the drawers along with a backpack with my laptop in it. When we got back to the hotel that night, the backpack with my laptop was fine, thankfully, but the clothes were damp and had a foul smell, similar to cat urine. I'm not sure what happened, but this upset me since the clothes were clean and dry when we left. Another thing, most of the lights/lamps were no longer working when we got back that same night."

"The room was very nice and big. I was glad they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very quiet and good soundproofing noise from other guests. The food in the lobby restaurant was just ok. Nothing special. I did fall in the shower and got hurt bc of their negligence. "

"Overall, the stay was fine and the location was good with a Starbucks and grocery (old fashioned term) store right down the street. The code used for all the doors was kind of a pain because it was six digits that at certain times you have to use at the front door, on the elevator, and at your room. The rooms, while modern and clean, were lacking in some areas. The night stands were tiny, very little place to put your clothes if you unpack, and one towel bar and small vanity in the bathroom. The street noise with traffic, emergency vehicles, garbage trucks at early morning hours certainly didn't help with undisturbed sleep. It was good enough for our long weekend, but next time, we'll try something else."

"Air conditioning was good safe parking room was clean but there was a plumbing failure at 7:00am Sunday and management gave me armful of towels and I mopped up all the leaked water all over the floor. Had to check out early cause the toilet broke and didn’t receive any compensation. Management told me they didn’t any rooms to move to"
