The two staff members we dealt with were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not take the time to properly listen to either myself or my colleague. "Clean and comfortable room , would have been nice to have had complimentary water in room and option of decaf coffee and tea though . Lovely selection of breakfast food , and very friendly staff there . The only let down was one young lady on reception on our first night that didn’t seem aware of us waiting to be seen / check in for approx 5 mins , as she was on her phone sending personal msgs on WhatsApp as noticed by my Daughter . Overall though a lovely stay , and hotel in a fab position for shopping/ sightseeing. "
