"It was like stepping into the Wayback Machine and returning to the Gilded Age of the late 1800’s. The architectural features (hexagonal bathroom floor tiles, steam radiators, vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, framed historical photographs of the area, etc etc). You get the idea. We could have spent an extra day just exploring the nooks and crannies of the building. The breakfast buffet was filling and offered a variety of good food. Good value for the money. "My husband and i went away for a few days and stayed at Sherwood Motel. Our room was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Although, i felt more towel hooks would have been nice, it did not hinder our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room with kitchen was great. All the facilities inside were very nice. Outside could use some landscaping, and a little paint. There is lack of clear instructions upon arrival. Recommend calling the owner in advance to avoid confusion. We would stay there again. Lowing of the cows is very restful."
