"The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia."

"The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! "

"Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. "We were very disappointed the water park was NOT included in our stay. All pictures showed it was. If you missed the cleaning lady it was hard to get clean towels and toilet paper. The building is very old, it is clean though. Never any towels at the pool. "

"A wonderful location in theory. Calling it a resort is a bit of a stretch, it is constantly overrun by locals and others who have not paid to be at the “resort” leaving little room for those who are guests to enjoy the space. No real amenities to speak of but we were there to enjoy the sand and sun which I’d give a 10/10, close to the beach, you always have your 2 chairs and umbrellas with staff more than willing to help out. "Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again."
