"Easy access off of I-70. Staff was very accommodating. Plenty of parking. Area is very safe. Several food options in walking distance (Mexican restaurant and McDonald’s). Room was clean and comfortable. Downside: It can be noisy as room doors are outside entrance and face the parking lot. My door had an open space between the door and threshold. Cars/motorcycles sounds and conversations were disrupting to sleep. But, all the hotels I saw in Coverdale had outside room entries so noise may be a common issue to those hotels as well."

"Wonderful place at a great price. The garden and fountain is nice, and I enjoyed hiking on the trail in the back.. Front desk staff were excellent (especially Riley). My only negative is that I was there for a week, and never received housekeeping services. They did stop by once, and I asked them to return in about 30 minutes, but in a week it didn't happen. It won't affect my willingness to return- I will definitely be back- but it would have been nice."

Amenities including elevator & air conditioning were out of order, room was filthy, items in room were missing or broken, complex was in disrepair, strong odors were present, & mold & bugs were witnessed. Left the hotel after reporting unacceptable conditions to staff. In the process of requesting refund from Hotels.com."

"The carpets were dirty--elevator exits were dirty. There was a sign upon entering that the hotel was beginning renovation. We saw Millwork trim in boxes in the hallway. No coffee pot in the room. Assuming Holiday Inn Express doesn't provide those. The bed was lumpy."

"The place is rundown and in need of a serious renovation Carpet filthy and stained Bar closed and restaurant only open for breakfast I had to change rooms at midnight because bathroom faucet would not turn off and sink was overflowing Shower curtain had stains on it ice machine on my floor was not working Stay somewhere else"
