"The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. "We didnt stay there, we were told that the accommodations were comprised because the repairs that had to be done were not up to code. Thus we were diverted to a different facility further away from where we wanted to stay. Stop putting this place on your website as a viable option."

"This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong....

"I would not recommend booking this unit based on our experience. Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach in the living room, and later encountered a live one that fell from a picture frame. When this was reported, the host indicated it wasn't a cockroach but instead a “palmetto bug” (also referred to as the Florida woods cockroach) and stated that nothing could be done to address the issue. Communication was also substandard. I sent an email on Friday inquiring about where the washer and dryer...
