"The hotel is a a very good area, but it very old and outdated, The A/C in my room didn’t work I have to switch room at 1am, also my friend found a big flying cockroach in her room. Breakfast was ok. There was a black lady very rude in front desk. Is not a nice hotel, but the area is very nice. Since I was never there I only slept I wasn’t too stressed out about it. But I don’t think I will stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay at the resort. The staff and waiters were very friendly and helpful. A slight hiccup on the room I booked but the lady at the front desk was able to quickly correct and fix the problem and find something suitable for us."

"The place was not nice. There was no air conditioning running on first floor. The floor in lobby and by elevators were wet from the pool area. The room smelled stale and musty. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The bathroom limited. The counter tops were covered in water. Only two towels. The refrigerator did not get cool. You could hear other rooms opening and closing their doors. Not a pleasant experience."
