"There was no parking garage for the hotel, the ones we found a couple blocks away were $60ish a night. I did NOT like that the room didn't have its own coffee maker. To have to get dressed and presentable just to get my morning cup of coffee was a real inconvenience (need it before I even shower). For this reason I personally will not use this hotel again."

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Good and bad at this hotel. The room was okay, but needed work. The carpet had stains, the TV had major problems, the sink faucet was tricky and the bed was rock hard. To the good side, I liked the pillows, extra blankets on hand, the breakfast was ordinary, but well presented and fine, lots of places to eat close by, lighting was good, felt safe. Over all, for the price, I would stay again if I needed to be in that area."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Eastlund for 2 nights. The front desk staff gave us some great suggestions for restaurants around Portland. I had read a number of reviews from people complaining about the noise from the train that goes right by the hotel. The room we were in was great and we barely heard any noise during the night. "The staff was very welcoming. Loved the free water bottle in room, water refill station in lobby for sparkling or still water as well as the voucher for a free drink. The hotel itself is a bit tired and could use with a refresh. The hallway to room is a bit depressing in decor. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Lots of street noise during the day, but noise level went down in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of proximity to downtown. Good value overall."
