"We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location to the theme park as well as a local grocery store. It made our stay as a family go very smoothly. There wasn't any complaint of noise except for the one night there was a false fire alarm, but hey good to know it worked. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the wide selection. There was even a convenient bagel on the run bag. Great staff great stay."

"We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and pretty large. We got a suite and a king room and they were both spotless. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and convenient because I was traveling with myself and five teenagers and they can eat! Staff was extremely helpful when I ended up booking another room last minute. It was also super close to Universal Studios which was nice because it was easy to get to after a long day. We will definitely be staying there again for the next universal trip."

"Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different. There was paint on the blankets I have pictures . Me and my husband have different accounts with you guys and we use expidia all the time, never been disappointed till that day. We left after 7 minutes of been there. I made him look and he didn't care to do anything about it. I stay at safari inn for less and it actually look like we wanted on line. "
