"I got the room with the Queen bed & Kitchenette! It’s awesome & the extra space to make breakfast lunch or dinner is super helpful. Mini fridge can fit a ton of stuff. Staff is super helpful @ you can’t beat the location the 405 & 101 adjacent super convenient."

"The room did not have steady cooling or heating in the room the two nights and three days I was there. We froze at night and sweated in the day time. Brought up concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Staff was friendly but just not on ensuring all guest were happy in their rooms "

"The pool was very small but didn't take time go in it. Parking can be tricky, its tandem parking so if you park in front of someone you have to leave your keys with the desk and they will move your car. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Free breakfast was decent."

"Hotel was immaculate. So clean! Lighting was oddly dim and dark at night. It was okay in the daytime with the blinds open. We tried two different air mattresses they provided but they both deflated in the night. So that was a bummer as reinflating in the night woke everyone up twice during both nights were there. "

"I found out that the jacuzzy was in no working condition for a month prior to my arrival... Looks like the hotel has no intention on fixing it at all :(. Internet was perfect, thank u!"

"First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. Our check-in was great. The location was easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, this place was not impressive. The walls were paper thin when taking a shower if somebody below turned the water on you got an extreme hot or cold burst of water. You can tell a lot of the furniture and the carpentry work was not the best. My family left early one morning to go to Universal Studios and when we returned home later that evening, somehow our door had been unlocked the manager said he checked the video footage and could not figure out how the door unlocked. We were very lucky that none of our items were stolen, but just knowing that the door was open the entire day is enough for me to not return to this location"
