"Very, very poor facility, with homeless people occupying the parking spaces. It was so bad that I ended up not using the room for the two nights I paid for. Did not feel safe for myself or my rental car"

Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable."

"Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different. "There is plenty of parking and surrounding area is great! Many shops and restaurants to choose from. However, hospitality is almost non existent at this establishment, staff is rude and it doesn’t appear that they like to be bothered to fulfill their job title and duties. Unfortunately, we needed a 1 night stay and thought why not? Totally regret our choice, don’t skimp out on a good nights rest for a few dollars."

"The person at the counter was pleasant. The room could have been more clean. The towels were black not white. The pool was dirty and i highlu doubt that anyone uses that pool. I have toddler that wanted to get it. So disappointed. The environment was not as shown on the website and pictures. I would not stay there again."

"I had booked a stay for the weekend of May 15-17, 2026 and upon arriving I was shocked. The front door lock to the unit 14835 B was broken and didnt sit right on the door. Then I enetered my room which had paint missing on some of the walls and had an unpleasent smell coming from who knows where. Safe to say I left as soon as 5 minutes from stepping in.
