"Breakfast was good. A/C was outdated and a lil loud but kept us cool. Staff was nice. Recommended!"

"Hot tub was out of order, that was not updated on the website Bathroom, tile, wallpaper were very very very old and stained. We laid the towels over the floor and tub. There was tissue in the peep hole. The shower had unending hot water. 😊 The blow dryer didn't work. "

"The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice. The front desk sent me a text to check if everything is going well so far. We stayed at this hotel...

"I walk with a cane and needed help loading and unloading my room. Everyone was very accommodating."

"Make sure to scroll through all the pictures. I booked a regular room with 2 queen beds. The room itself was okay but the bathroom was from the 80s...not the updated nice looking white bathroom in the first 30 pics or so. Which means it was kind of falling apart. Tile cracking and the towel holder barely holding on. Alao the road noise was quite loud. We had to leave the ac on to drown out the noise. The pool was nice and clean and the staff was friendly."

"The room was not how it was shown in the pictures. There were bugs in the tube when we got there. We had roaches coming in the room. Thank god we weren’t staying in the hotel room the entire time, just to sleep but even with that we weren’t too comfortable sleeping in there because of the conditions the room was in. Definitely not coming here again. "

"Very close to main highways, air conditioning worked. The staff was so nice!! Target right across the street was very nice for picking up small items, food etc. plenty of parking "

"Our toilet clogged in the morning and there was no maintenance there to fix it and no bathroom in the lobby or a staff bathroom offered- only a plunger. And no discount offered either. The elevator sounds crazy and jerks when it gets to the bottom floor- it feels like it’s about to break. And our key cards kept demagnetizing despite our efforts to keep it away from phones and other cards. Overall the place feels rundown and suggest you stay elsewhere."
