"I had booked a stay for the weekend of May 15-17, 2026 and upon arriving I was shocked. The front door lock to the unit 14835 B was broken and didnt sit right on the door. Then I enetered my room which had paint missing on some of the walls and had an unpleasent smell coming from who knows where. Safe to say I left as soon as 5 minutes from stepping in. I had asked for a refund since I booked with Expedia, which they then said had to be approved by a manager from the hotel. Once hearing this the manager (Shukai) stated they needed pictures of my room although I had notified them I had already left the area since I had to book a different hotel elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend staying at this place. "

"There was a condom wrapper on the floor when i walked in. There were 2 rooms and the only trash can was in the bathroom. Parts of the wall had patch work done but not repainted. All the towels had womens haor on them. The toilet had stains. The base od the bed was coils so bed would squeak. The floors has not been cleaned or mopped. There was no sliding window for the bathroom. Not all the lightong worked. The dressers were full of dust. Amd the sofa in the room had stains."

"The staff was top notch, the room is old, don’t expect luxurious, what we paid for is what we get. The pool was clean and our rooms were clean."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."
