"This place was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I don’t love the $200/night incidental hold, as with a lot of other properties are usually no more than $50-$100/night or at least less than the cost of stay. (I think I paid $150 for the night) But I plan to be back as we are pass holders to universal."

"I never write these kinds of reviews but our stay here was phenomenal. The room was perfect for our crew! Separate bedroom, 2 beds in the main room. Could have used an extra bathroom but we knew what we were getting into lol. Stayed here 3 nights with 6 humans in the one suite. We had the room serviced each day which was lovely. Some places won’t do it unless you have a longer stay. The “breakfast” was lacking? But again we knew what we were getting and planned. There’s a donut place right next door anyway. And the walk to the tram pickup for US is like 3 blocks. Parking was weird but the lot across the street is free so again we were fine. Some people are prolly too picky but I did research for months before our trip and this place ended up being perfect for our vacation. "
