"I rented two rooms as I was traveling with family. The hotel itself was dated and could use some minor repairs, but clean. We had adjoining rooms which was nice. We were on the second floor with an ocean and pool view which was nice. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was really warm which was nice. It was packed that night but we were able to find parking close to our room. The breakfast was more like snacks and the coffee was low quality. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints...

"No RESTURANT to stay and dine at was disappointing. Room was great but was the only one on the outside of the building room 207. The air conditioning unit made noise when keeping the temperature in the room. Next visit I will definitely ask for a room inside of the building security doors. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Spyglass. The front office staff was very welcoming and even let me borrow a wine bottle opener so that I could drink wine I purchased in edna Valley. Our room was very welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the partial ocean view from our room balcony. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit in the evening as we enjoyed our wine.Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. Lastly, I love its proximity to the highway which made it easy to travel north and south. "

"Real cool spot. I got the 1 bedroom King. Real clean, updated and pretty quiet. I didnt hear anything crazy or super loud. I stayed on a saturday. Good spot to stay if youre checking out Pismo. Also a $40 Uber to SLO or 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay again. I wont stay if prices hike up. Competitive price but i feel like other options might be better at a lower cost. Over all it was all good. Yes, the shower is a little small. Might have dificult fitting two people in it comfortably....
