If you are allergic to dust be warned that their curtains and bed headers are very dusty."

"Excellent location and standard staff—they stuck strictly to the rules and weren't very communicative. The room layout was impractical—the bathroom was on the ground floor and the bedroom on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast was fine. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Siena.."

"Our stay for our honeymoon was amazing. We loved our room and we were upgraded to a suite because they had it available. All the staff were kind and helpful. They carried our luggage up two flights of stairs to our room, helped make reservations, called taxis for us, etc.
The property was beautiful, maintained nicely, and was very quiet.
Really have no complaints. To note it is outside of city Centre of Siena so you will need taxis back and forth to the city for meals etc. which can get quite...

"While we were thankful for the private washroom it was really small. Shower was small but we managed to get clean. This property is a great location. Tons of restaurants and shopping. The square was fabulous. We ate dinner in a castle but the highlight was the valet parking. The garage you park at is about 15 minute drive to hotel. They drive you, help you with your luggage, pick you up at the end of your stay and drive you back to their garage. The ride to and from is INSANE. Twists and turns...
