"When I first arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes to be waited on due to the desk manager working on something in another room. When I arrived to my room I found a little trash, beer bottle caps by the window , when utilizing the sink in the rest room the water went through the pipes to the floor, the refrigerator was cool (not cold at all) and was leaking water. I called the front desk and reported it, he stated he could move me to another room, I said no we have already unpacked and just need it fixed. He came up and looked at both and saw the light around the mirror of the sink was out as well and nothing was changed, refrigerator was still leaking and the sink was still leaking as well. Overall, the room was clean as well as the rest room. You would think something would have been knocked off the hotel price, but it wasn’t. I was very disappointed."
