"The hotel wasn’t in good shape for a Hyatt. You can’t walk outside from the lobby, you have to go down to parking floor to exit. Strange setup. Why can’t thes fancy named hotels afford a $500 smart tv? None of the hotels offer that option. It’s very strange to me. If you charge $200 a night, you can afford a smart TV for families and kids. I hope the management reads this and upgrade their TVs. "

"Decent hotel stay. Associates at front desk were nice and helpful. Property is older and furniture in room outdated and worn in some spots. Bed mattress was older and pretty well worn. Clean though, and pretty quiet during a weekday stay, room was situated near the pool entrance and elevators but I never noticed any noise from that. Took a little bit to reset the AC/heater but it worked fine after that. Did not get to experience the breakfast, the only food available there. Food choices are...
