Aurélie, à la réception, a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse remarquables. Lorsqu’en rentrant du restaurant avec mon frère nous nous sommes complètement perdus, elle a réagi immédiatement et nous a envoyé un taxi juste avant que mon téléphone ne s’éteigne.
Un grand merci également à son collègue présent avec elle l’après-midi pour son aide.
