"When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection...

"I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. "The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying...

"Overall the place was good. Location is on a hill with narrow windy street, so can be tiring walk back. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only major con is room smelled a bit like mold/meldew and water would get everywhere when you showered because there is only one door with limited coverage. Pool area and bar were nice."

"The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking."

"The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return."
