"Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv ist die gute Lage – von hier aus kommt man schnell und unkompliziert nach Barcelona. Das Personal war freundlich und alles wirkte ordentlich organisiert. Leider sind die Wände im Hotel sehr dünn, sodass es ziemlich hellhörig ist. Man konnte Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich hören, auch nachts, was den Schlaf etwas erschwert hat. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm, vor allem wegen der Sauberkeit...

"Very clean room! Some things need improvement for example the reception staff second shift none of them spoke English. Every night that I came back into the room my card had always a problem! I had to go down again to re-configure it because I was not able to enter the room! This happened 2 times. On top of it they always forgot to put the right number of towels into the room! Fair connection with the metro but a but far away from the city."

"This is our first time in Barcelona. We selected SLS based solely upon the reviews. This place did NOT disappoint. Amazingly well appointed. Top tier quality. Technology is integrated in every nuance. My wife and I travel for pleasure, frequently. She and I agreed that SLS is one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. "The rooms are clean but very tiny. The bathrooms are excellent with lots of space and very modern. The hallways are dingy and very dark and the location isn’t the most convenient. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping is only available for a minimum stay of 6 nights (we stayed at multiple hotels in Europe and all of them offered daily housekeeping, so this was a bit unexpected)."

"Struttura un po’ isolata dal centro che sta un ora a piedi. Personale molto freddo ed indisponente. Alle 9.00 aprono la camera per pulire senza nemmeno Bussare."

"Hotel moderno e pulito, arredi molto carini e comodi. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione ricca e ben assortita, soddisfa turti i gusti! Camera confortevole e spaziosa, con arredi essenziali ma funzionali. L'unica pecca l'assenza del frigobar, compensato, però, da un bar sempre attivo che offre di tutto. Il bagno della camera è piccolo ma la doccia è super spaziosa! La metro si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, seppur non proprio in centro, la posizione è abbastanza...
