"Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. "We had a junior suite which was a great size for two adults and two children. The resort was well designed with plenty of space for everyone so there was never any issue getting sun beds. The food was great with lots of choice. We really enjoyed the extra little touches like crisps, Cornettos and Twister lollies available all day within the all inclusive package. The pools were lovely but very cold in April so the indoor heated pool was very welcome."
