"I was disappointed that I couldn’t get in touch with the hotel when I flew into the airport. There was no way of contacting the hotel as the Hotel.com site dors not provide a phone number. I was given a ride by a driver from Hilton Hotel. She was very nice and dropped me right in front of the doors at Best Western"

"This is an older Hotel and a little outdated. That's OK if everything else works out at a good price point. It was higher in cost than others near the Kansas City airport. There must have been some sporting event. The hotel lobby was filled with hundreds of teenagers all talking at the same time. Could not go to sleep early. I guess around 10:30-10:45 PM management told them to go to their rooms. Walking the halls in groups talking loudly. I get it, they were young adults/kids and a traveling sporting event what else was there to do. Just inconvenient for me this night as I needed to get up early for a client meeting. And then the breakfast was crowded. Just not a wonderful stay."

"This property was excellent for our needs. The staff was excellent , friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful and the long term parking and shuttle to the airport was perfect for what we needed. The room and bed was very comfortable."

"Booked and paid through Expedia, but hotel charged us twice. So, charged three times for the room. Trying to get a refund. Called several times before booking and arriving on pool/slide/hot tub to ensure it was open. Hot tub was closed first 2.5 days due to "testing the chemicals", finally open the afternoon before we left. Slide was constantly down. The whole point of staying at a "water park" is to enjoy it, but this place is not worth it during the summer. You have to connect to the internet each time you turn on the TV or laptop. Breakfast was ok."
