"We loved San Vicente, and the hotel was one of the main reasons. A clean, comfortable establishment that offers everything you would want for the price. The staff were fantastic. We arrived on a sad day when we needed to connect to the online feed of a close friend’s funeral. Our room was not ready, but they allowed us to use the empty dining room and they ensured we were not disturbed. They alap made some excellent dining recommendations for us. Parking is easy. Ignore the car park and go...

"Een 18 minuten stappen de heuvel op van de oude stad, behoorlijke klim. Maar heeft een zwembad, ruime kamer en badkamer en een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt."

Nos tocó una habitación adaptada y el fallo que encontré que al ser la ducha para ello se nos salía mucho el agua hacia afuera lo que hacíamos que el suelo del baño lo tuviéramos encharcado...no lo comento como queja si no que al final era un poco engorroso puesto que todo se mojaba...deberían de tener algo en el baño para una vez que se duchen puedan recoger ese agua los...

"Goed gelegen hotel in het oude centrum van Santillana. Mooie kamer en goede badkamer, maar geen frigo of waterkoker op de kamer, en als je de stoel bij de bureau zet, kan je nog met moeite door. Wifi was erg traag en zwak."

En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande) El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma. No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn. Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al...

"I have stayed here before. A comfortable room with wuiet air-conditioning, a good shower, and a jacuzzi (but the wardrobe is very small). The swimming pool and sun terrace is very good, with cute little turtles in the adjacent fishpond. Next year I will use one of their electric bikes to go to the beach."
