Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
La atencion por parte de la señorita que esta en recepcion es pésima, las toallas me las dieron hasta el dia siguiente de haber ingresado al hotel hasta medio dia , y porque tuve que hacer presión, el ruido es demasiado hasta despues de las 3am apagan la música. Pedimos q si por favor era posible un cambio en la ubicacion de la habitacion ya que era imposible descansar pero la señora muy arrogante no queria brindar una solucion el servicio es pesimo, ella indica q es una zona de ruido que todo es igual. Los olores en el baño son horribles hay que tener la puerta cerrada ya que los olores son muy fuertes en la habitacion , no hay agua caliente .
