Pésimo servicio, el teléfono del hotel nunca lo contestan no hay teléfono ni en su página ni en Google que sirva ! Además si llegas después de medianoche te quedas afuera nadie te abre la puerta es un mal hotel no se queden

Muy buena opción si visitas playa del carmen, excelente servicio, personal amable, bonito estilo de decoración, excelente área de alberca, ponen mesa de café y pan tostado en las mañanas. Único detalle que no cuenta con estacionamiento, se debe estacionar sobre línea de calle.

The hotel was good, but the pool was a little bit dirty. The location wasn’t so good too but we knew it so it was ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful !

terrible hotel, no tiene front desk 24hrs

terrible el hotel, llegamos antes de las 11pm y no habia nadie en recepción para atendernos y entregarnos la habitacion, nos quedamos sin habitacion varados en playa del carmen en fin de semana y de madrugada. solo nos atendio una huesped que nos indico que el personal de recepcion ya se habia retirado. no lo recomendaria jamas.

Lejos de la playa con pésimo internet

Queda a 25 minutos caminando. Nunca funcionó el internet. No habia agua caliente y cuando lo reporté me dijeron que se había descompuesto y que iba a tardar días y cuando yo dije que solución daban solo respondieron esperar. Las habitaciones tenian moho en algunas zonas. Como hotel de paso puede funcionar.

Una estancia agradable

El hotel y el personal hacen de tu estancia una agradable experiencia. En general las instalaciones resultaron cómodas y espaciosas. Y siempre que solicitamos algo nos atendieron con amabilidad. Adicional a ello por las mañanas ofrecen una barra de cortesía con pan, té y café. Sólo hay que estar temprano o atento porque se termina rápido pues el producto que ofrecen es de calidad
