Great hotel with tricky shuttle. Nice staff, comfortable and convenient hotel. However, shuttle is very disorganized and unreliable. Please triple check with staff (at various levels) to secure your spot and make sure you get picked up on time.

Room was spotless. Bartenders were great. Most staff were great. Food was good for sure. The only minus was the temp of the pool was cold. Most other resorts heat it a little.
