Khách sạn gần Bãi biển del Paso tại Yaiza

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

"Hotel recomendable al 100%. La comida buenísima, el personal genial todo. Las piscinas muy bien también. La animación variada y divertida. Todo perfecto la verdad."

"Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance."

"Great rooms, staff were super helpful & breakfast every morning was delicious!"

Dave and Brian"

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works."

"Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again."

"Todo muy bien , correcto"

"After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we...

"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"Been so many times. The hotel has now changed what you get for All Inclusive so that was disappointing as we hadn’t been informed. Couple of issues this time ."

"Clean modern spacious room with air con location close to shops & bars nice big pool plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas. Would definitely return and highly recommend."

"Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times"
