"We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room. "I think the hotel is expensive for what it offers. The pros is that is next to the beach and at a walkable distance to restaurants and shops . Depending on your room it can get noisy at night. Breakfast is ok ."

"Lovely adults only hotel. After travelling with kids so often I forgot how quiet it can be when they’re not with you. Great pool, lovely food. We had half board and it was so great. The dinner is so nice (3 courses… and not a buffet!). Would definitely like to come back here again."

"This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. "This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...
